How to Manage or Cancel Your Account
To update your payment method:
Log in to the Billing Center with the username and password you created upon purchase
Under Billing Info, select the REPLACE button to the right of the payment method you wish to change
Enter your new payment info and select UPDATE
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to the Billing Center with the username and password you created upon purchase
Under Active Subscriptions, find your subscription and select the CANCEL button (or, if you paid using PayPal, click the link that says "Cancel in PayPal". This will take you to PayPal and you can follow PayPal's prompts for canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time with a simple one-click cancellation. If you do choose to cancel, you'll still receive any templates that are sent out before your month expired.

What you get:
As a subscriber of Your Template Club, every month you will get 2 sets of our Canva templates for Instagram designed to grow engagement via email (the content will not be online).
All sets of templates will have a minimum of 20 pages and will be sent out every other Monday (yes, in some months you will get 3 sets!).
Each set comes with a simple demo video about the specific of the sets and some pro tips on how to use them.
Terms of use:
You can use these templates to create content for the multiple accounts you manage, but you cannot sell, give or share the Canva templates with others, even after customized.
Because of the digital nature of our product, we do not offer any refunds. No exceptions.
If you have any questions, please review our terms of use here.
Anyone who infringes our terms will be terminated immediately and not receive any additional templates they still have pending.
Subscription details:
We like to keep it simple. No members group, no website with content. Just great templates in your inbox.
You will get two sets of templates + a demo video per month for as long as you’re a subscriber.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you cancel, you will still get any templates that will be sent before your monthly subscription expires.

FAQs
Are the templates available outside of the monthly subscription?
Some of the templates from Your Template Club may become available individually at Your Social Team template shop at a later date, however they will be full price. You can browse the existing templates from Your Social Team shop here.
What if my aesthetic is not pastel, would these still work for me?
The beauty of Canva templates is that they are completely customizable. We create them in colors we choose and you can use as is or switch to your own. You will also be able to change text, fonts, background images to keep them unique to your brand. New to buying Canva templates? Click here to learn how it all works!
I already have some of Your Social Team templates. Will there be duplicates?
No. All the template designs coming to Your Template Club will be brand new and released here first.
Do I need Canva Pro to use Your Template Club templates?
Yes! Our goal is to bring you designs that will get the most engagement and pretty aesthetic, so we will be including images, fonts and features of Canva Pro, which are often more interesting than those in the free Canva. If you don’t have Canva Pro, get it here.
What if I don’t want to use one of the sets of templates I receive?
We create templates that are universal for social media managers and Instagram-savvy entrepreneurs. But we will include different features that some may not have or use yet. If that happens we recommend you resize your templates and use them in stories, for example.
Besides the video tutorials that come with each set of templates, do you offer more support?
This subscription is made for those who are comfortable using Canva. If you have a problem with your templates or our service, you can email us here. If you want unlimited support, check out our Your Social Team membership here.
Can I see what the templates will look like in advance?
No, they will be a surprise! The templates will be created as we go so we are implementing the latest trends of design and Instagram engaging content to them. Plus we want them to be a surprise, so open our emails will be really fun and exciting! But if you want examples, they will be in line with what we currently have in the Your Social Team shop.
What are your cancelation and refund policies?
You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime. You will receive any templates that go out until the last day of your subscription.
Because of the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
